- Scale of Pay: ₹16,400 – 40,500 (E-1)

- Job Responsibilities:
- Operation of Material Handling / Water Treatment Plant.
- Implementation of cost control measures and technological development relevant to production activities.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Essential: Full-time B.E/B.Tech. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in a PSU or a large private sector process industry.
- Desirable: Experience in Material Handling or Water Treatment Plants in the process industry.
Officer (Fire)
- Scale of Pay: ₹16,400 – 40,500 (E-1)
- Age Limit: 40 years (as of 01.03.2025)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Operations and system maintenance in the Fire department.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Essential: Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Fire Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in Fire safety in a PSU or a large private sector industry.
- Essential Physical Standards:
- No deformity.
- Height: Minimum 165 cm, Weight: Minimum 50 kg, Chest: 81 cm (minimum), 86 cm (expanded).
- Vision: 6/6 without glasses or other aid.
- Night or color blindness is disqualifying.
Engineer (Electrical)
- Scale of Pay: ₹16,400 – 40,500 (E-1)
- Age Limit: 40 years (as of 01.03.2025)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Overall maintenance of the Electrical Department in the plant/township.
- Implementation of cost control and technological development in electrical maintenance.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Essential: Full-time B.E/B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in a PSU or a large private sector.
- Desirable: Preference for experience in Fertilizer or Chemical industries.
Engineer (Mechanical)
- Scale of Pay: ₹16,400 – 40,500 (E-1)
- Age Limit: 40 years (as of 01.03.2025)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery in various sections.
- Implementation of effective cost control measures.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Essential: Full-time B.E/B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in a PSU or large private sector process industry.
- Desirable: Experience in Fertilizer/Chemical industry preferred.
Assistant Manager (Liaison)
- Scale of Pay: ₹20,600 – 46,500 (E-2)
- Age Limit: 45 years (as of 01.03.2025)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Coordination of liaison activities with Government officials, ministries, and organizations.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Essential: Graduate in any discipline with a full-time MBA (Marketing) from a recognized university/institute.
- Minimum of 5 years post-professional qualification experience in liaising with Government offices and autonomous bodies.
- Essential Attributes:
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

- CTC:
- Engineer (Production, Fire, Electrical, Mechanical) – ₹6.75 Lakhs (Approx.)
- Assistant Manager (Liaison) – ₹8.75 Lakhs (Approx.)
