AAU Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025 ( Job in Assam Govt): Assam Agricultural University (AAU) has announced an employment notification inviting online applications from Indian citizens for filling the positions of Junior Administrative Assistant, Junior Accountant, Pharmacist, Section Assistant and Junior Electrician under Assam Agricultural University. Total 28 posts are available across various categories.

AAU Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025 – Age limit and Application Fee Details
- Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 40 years as of 01-01-2025.
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per the norms of the Government of Assam for reserved categories.
- The upper age limit is relaxable for permanent in-service candidates as per AAU and Government of Assam rules.
- Reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation as per the Government of Assam’s regulations.
- Application Fees:
- Rs. 1000 for Unreserved, OBC/MOBC candidates
- Rs. 500 for SC, ST(P), ST(H), and PWD candidates
- Non-refundable application fees must be paid online through the payment gateway on the portal.
- In case of technical issues preventing payment by the deadline, candidates can complete the payment by 4:00 PM of 14.05.2025.
Selection Process of AAU Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025
- The selection process will include a written examination, followed by any relevant practical skill tests or Viva-voce (as applicable).

- Disqualification for Appointment:
- A candidate will be disqualified for appointment if:
- Not a Permanent Resident of Assam.
- Poor Conduct: If the candidate has not shown good conduct or has not provided a certificate from their previous institution or employer.
- Criminal Conviction: If the candidate has ever been convicted by a court of law for a criminal offence.
- Canvassing: Any attempt to influence the selection process directly or indirectly will lead to disqualification.

How to Apply for AAU Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025?
- Applications must be submitted online through the AAU portal on or before 4:00 PM of 13.05.2025.
- Candidates already employed in Government services must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective department or organization.
- Only permanent residents of Assam are eligible to apply for all categories of posts.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.
