Position 1: Senior Court Assistant-cum-Senior Programmer
- Number of Vacancies: 6
- Pay Level: Level 8 of Pay Matrix.
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹47,600/- plus allowances.
- Age Limit: 18–35 years (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Servicemen/Dependents of Freedom Fighters. as per GoI rules. No upper age limit for SCI Registry employees.)
- Educational Qualification & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT with 6 years’ experience in computerization.
- OR MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science) with 6 years’ experience.
- OR B.Sc. (Computer Science)/BCA (First Class or 60% aggregate) with 7 years’ experience.
- Preference: Degree in Law.
Position 2: Junior Court Assistant-cum-Junior Programmer
- Number of Vacancies: 20
- Pay Level: Level 6 of Pay Matrix
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹35,400/- plus allowances
- Age Limit: 18–30 years (Relaxation as above)
- Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT
- OR B.Sc. (Computer Science)
- OR BCA
Selection Process for Supreme Court Jobs (Same for Both Posts)
- Written Test (Objective): General English, General Awareness, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude.
- Objective Type Technical Aptitude Test
- Practical Aptitude Test
- Interview
- Qualifying Marks: 50% in each stage.
- Shortlisting:
- Up to 10x number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the Practical Test.
- Up to 3x number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the Interview.
- Final Selection: Based on merit; panel does not guarantee appointment.

Eligible candidates are required to apply online only for the respective posts of Senior Court Assistant-cum-Senior Programmer and Junior Court Assistant-cum-Junior Programmer through the official website of the Supreme Court of India.

- Navigate to the “Recruitment” tab.
- Click on the relevant link for the post you wish to apply for (Senior or Junior Programmer).
- Register yourself using a valid email ID and mobile number.
- Fill in the online application form carefully with accurate details.
- Upload the required documents:
- Recent passport-sized photograph
- Scanned signature
- Educational and experience certificates as per eligibility
- Pay the application fee online through the UCO Bank payment gateway:
- ₹1000/- for General/OBC
- ₹250/- for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Differently Abled/Dependents of Freedom Fighters
- Review the completed application form before submission.
- Submit the form and download/print a copy of the filled application for your records.
