- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a supervisory security role within a Government Office, Educational Institution, or a reputable private organization (with an annual turnover of at least Rs. 200 Crores).
- OR individuals who have served in the Army or any uniformed service at the JCO level or equivalent or above, with at least a 10th-grade pass or Army Class I Examination or equivalent certification.
- Valid Driving License (LMV/Motorcycle) is mandatory.
