Assam PNRD Department Recruitment 2025: State Institute of Panchayat & Rural Development has released an employment notification for filling up the post of District Programme (DPM) Manager and Assistant District Programme Manager (ADPM) under RGSU.

| Number of posts | Total = 12 (Twelve) |
| Qualification | BE/ B. Tech. in CSE/IT or M. Sc. (CS/IT) or MCA from any recognized Institute / University with Minimum 60% marks in the qualifying exam |
| Experience | Minimum 5 years of post-qualification working experience in the field of Information Technology (IT) / Management Information System (MIS) with industry or in government sector. Preference will be given to the candidates having experiences in relevant / similar job profile. |
| Monthly remuneration | Rs. 35,000/- |
| Age | Maximum age up to 38 years as on 01-01-2025. |
| Engagement status | The engagement shall be initially for a period of one year under RGSA project. |
| Placement | The engaged District Programme Manager will be placed in any of the vacant position in the district and is transferable within the state of Assam |

Mode of Selection:
The selection process will consist of two phases:
Phase-I: Written Test
- Candidates whose applications are accepted will appear for an objective-type written test.
- The test will be held in Guwahati on a date to be notified later on the website.
- Syllabus for the Written Test:
- Subject Knowledge – 50 Marks
- General Knowledge – 25 Marks
- General English – 25 Marks
Phase-II: Personal Interview
- After the written test, 3 candidates will be shortlisted for each vacancy based on their marks.
- Shortlisted candidates will appear for a personal interview in Guwahati.
- The personal interview will carry 20 marks.

Important Note: No hard copy of the online application, registration slip, or other documents needs to be sent to the State Institute of Panchayat & Rural Development, Assam.
For Employed Candidates: Since applications are submitted online, candidates who are already employed do not need to submit their applications through the proper channel. However, they should inform their respective appointing authorities about submitting the application.
