- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates should be born on or after July 1, 1992, while PwBD candidates in this category should be born on or after July 1, 1982.
- SC/ST candidates should be born on or after July 1, 1990, and for PwBD candidates in this category, the date is July 1, 1980.
- Ex-Servicemen and Commissioned Officers (ECOs/SSCOs) will be eligible as per the existing government norms.
Educational Qualification for IOCL Recruitment 2025
- Candidates must have a minimum 3-year full-time regular graduation in any discipline from an AICTE/UGC-recognized institution with:
- 55% marks for General, EWS, and OBC (NCL) candidates.
- 50% marks for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.
- CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate qualification is mandatory
- Important Note:
- Candidates who have passed CA Final or CMA Final are NOT eligible. If a candidate clears CA Final or CMA Final before the recruitment results, they will be disqualified.
Work Experience Requirement for IOCL Recruitment 2025
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Cost Accounting, or Auditing as of January 31, 2025.
- Experience must be post-qualification (after passing CA Intermediate/CMA Intermediate).
- Internships, Articleship, or Practical Training as part of the course will NOT be considered.
- Only experience gained in a registered company, partnership firm, consultancy firm, or CA/CMA firm will be valid.
