- Salary: ₹42,000 + HRA ₹7,560 = ₹49,560/month
- Eligibility:
- ME/M.Tech/BE/B.Tech/MSc in EEE/ECE/Nanotechnology/Electronics/Physics or related fields
- GATE/NET score or other national level exams plus 2 years of research experience
- OR PhD candidates (Thesis Submitted) in relevant disciplines
- Desirable Skills:
- Expertise in FET-based Device Fabrication & Characterization
- Mixed Signal Design experience will be an added advantage

Interview & Selection Process of IIT Guwahati Recruitment for SRF and Project Engineer

- The Selection Committee will finalize the selection based on candidate performance in the interview.
