1. Project Manager (Specialized in Child Health & Immunization Policies & Strategies)
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Age Limit: Below 60 years
Remuneration: ₹150,000 – ₹175,000 per month
Contract Tenure: Till 3rd March 2027
Education/Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- MD in Community Medicine/MD in Pediatrics/MBBS with MPH from a recognized university/institution.
- Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in the health sector.
- Published research work (articles, reports, etc.) in the field of immunization and child health is desirable.
- Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience in telemedicine-related projects is desirable.
- Strong knowledge/experience in WHO RED strategies, IRMMA framework for Zero Dose Child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Project Management Unit (PMU) team and execute activities.
- Collaborate with Medical Colleges to formulate and implement supportive supervision.
- Establish and monitor the functioning of the Call Centre Unit (CCU).
- Carry out Zero Dose Learning Agenda (ZDLA) to identify drivers and design customized interventions.
- Design tailored SOPs and guidelines in support of DHSFW.
- Support immunization drives in high-risk areas.
- Develop communication strategies for vaccine awareness and demand.
- Oversee Zero Dose Free Certification process in selected Panchayats.
- Travel across Assam for monitoring and evaluating strategies.
2. Data Analyst/Consultant (Specialized in Child Health & Immunization Policies & Strategies)
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Age Limit: Below 60 years
Remuneration: ₹125,000 – ₹150,000 per month
Contract Tenure: Till 3rd March 2027
Education/Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- A master’s or higher degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in public health initiatives.
- Experience in collecting, triangulating, cleaning, and validating large public health datasets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis packages, and health platforms such as ODK, GIS.
- Experience in creating dashboards, reports, and decision-making tools for policy support.
- Strong understanding of immunization coverage indicators and vaccine delivery mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform complex data from surveys and monitoring into actionable solutions.
- Design and facilitate data collection via ODK/Portal.
- Provide strategies for data triangulation from various sources (surveys, CCU, etc.).
- Facilitate dashboard creation and implement a digital defaulter tracking mechanism.
- Coordinate with existing health monitoring systems for effective M&E.
- Travel across Assam for monitoring and evaluating strategies.
3. Social Scientist (2 Posts)
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Age Limit: Below 40 years
Remuneration: ₹70,000 – ₹75,000 per month
Contract Tenure: Till 3rd March 2027
Education/Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Ph.D./Master’s in MSW, Social Science, or related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in public health intervention.
- Experience in behavioral research, community engagement, and social determinants of health.
- Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Experience in conducting field surveys, FGD, IDI, KII, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys and qualitative studies on drivers of Zero Dose children.
- Perform FGD, KII, Root Cause Analysis, etc., for ZDLA.
- Map and engage community influencers to address vaccine hesitancy.
- Develop and implement community mobilization strategies to increase vaccine demand.
- Contribute to intervention designs aimed at increasing vaccine acceptance.
- Travel across selected districts in Assam for surveys and studies.
4. Documentation Expert/Consultant (Specialized in Child Health & Immunization Policies & Strategies)
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Age Limit: Below 60 years
Remuneration: ₹80,000 – ₹100,000 per month
Contract Tenure: Till 3rd March 2027
Education/Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Ph.D./Master’s in Mass Communication, Public Health, or a relevant master’s degree.
- At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in public health project documentation and research writing.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills, with a background in child health-related publications.
- Experience documenting qualitative study designs such as FGD, KII, and IDI.
- Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite applications, and other related tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document survey findings and research under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Assist PMU with required data for implementation and analysis.
- Write and publish research articles, reports, and case studies.
- Facilitate the creation of communication materials such as PowerPoint presentations, reports, and policy briefs.
- Support the preparation of SOPs and guidelines to scale up strategies.
- Travel across Assam for monitoring and evaluating project strategies.
5. Communication/Media Expert (Specialized in Child Health & Immunization Policies & Strategies)
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Age Limit: Below 60 years
Remuneration: ₹100,000 – ₹125,000 per month

Education/Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Ph.D./Master’s in Mass Communication with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in public health or health communication.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and related packages.
- Experience in behavioral change communication, risk communication strategies, and tele-health public health interventions.
- Ability to develop engaging content for public health issues and transform technical information for various audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop evidence-based communication strategies to address vaccine hesitancy.
- Design training materials for capacity-building of front-line health workers.
- Coordinate with state and district media experts to develop communication strategies.
- Create gender-sensitive communication strategies addressing vaccine barriers.
- Travel across Assam to monitor and evaluate strategies.
