- Tenure: 5 years, extendable based on performance
- Eligibility:
- LLM & Ph.D. in Law (as per BCI Legal Education Rules, 2008)
- 15 years of teaching/research/admin experience in higher education
- Professor/Associate Professor rank
- Minimum 110 Research Score as per UGC Appendix II, Table 2 (2018)
- Age: 45–55 years as on 31.03.2025
2. Superintending Engineer
- No. of Post: 1 (UR)
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,10,000 + GP ₹16,900
- Nature of Post: Permanent
- Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 10 years of experience as Dy./Executive Engineer
- Knowledge of planning, construction of infrastructure, and urban design is desirable
- Age: 45–55 years as on 31.03.2025

3. Information and Statistical Officer
