- Qualification: Engineering Graduate or Master’s in Economics/Planning/Project Management/MSW/MBA.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a lead managerial role in externally aided projects (EAPs) or government projects.
- Prior experience in wetland/Beel fisheries or natural fisheries resource management is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and internet-based applications.
- Familiarity with Govt. e-office systems is advantageous.

- Sr. Procurement & Contract Management Specialist (1 Position)
- Qualification: Master’s/Post Graduate Diploma in any discipline, trained in procurement norms of ADB/World Bank.
- Experience:
- Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience in procurement management at a leadership/managerial level.
- Experience in externally aided projects (ADB, World Bank) or similar institutions is preferred.
