Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/Assistant Director:

Professor:

Eligibility (A or B):

  • A:
    • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
    • Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
    • 10 years of teaching/research experience with successful guidance of doctoral candidates.
    • Research score of 120 as per UGC criteria.
  • B:
    • Outstanding professional with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline and 10 years of experience.
    • Significant contributions to the field supported by documentary evidence.

Associate Professor:

Eligibility:

  • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching/research with 7 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals.
  • Research score of 75 as per UGC criteria.

Assistant Professor in Yogavigyan:

Eligibility:

  • Master’s Degree in Yoga or relevant subject with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • NET (UGC/CSIR) or SLET/SET cleared or Ph.D. degree.
  • Ph.D. degree must follow UGC regulations for M.Phil./Ph.D. degrees.

Assistant Professor in Music (Vocal):

Eligibility (A or B):

  • A:
    • Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
    • NET (UGC/CSIR) or SLET/SET cleared or Ph.D. degree.
    • Ph.D. degree must follow UGC regulations for M.Phil./Ph.D. degrees.
    • Exemption for Ph.D. holders registered before July 2009, if conditions are met.
  • B:
    • Professional artist with significant achievements in the subject, Bachelor’s degree, and recognition (e.g., ‘A’ grade artist of AIR/Doordarshan).

Assistant Director of Physical Education:

Eligibility (A or B):

  • A:
    • Master’s Degree in Physical Education or Sports Science with at least 55% marks.
    • Represented the university/college in inter-university/state/national competitions.
    • NET (UGC/CSIR) or SLET/SET cleared or Ph.D. degree in the relevant field.
    • Exemption for Ph.D. holders registered before July 2009, if conditions are met.
    • Passed physical fitness test.

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
    • 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor (Academic level 11 and above) or 8 years in Academic level 12 and above, including as Associate Professor with experience in Educational Administration.
    • OR Comparable experience in research or higher education institutions.
    • OR 15 years of administrative experience, including 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
    • Experience in budgeting, financial accounting in autonomous bodies/universities.
    • Knowledge of rules and regulations related to Accounts/Audit, service conditions, and financial matters of State Universities.
  • Tenure of Appointment: 5 years (subject to superannuation at age 60).

2. Treasurer

    • 10 years of experience as a Librarian at any level in a University Library or 10 years of teaching as Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science, or 10 years of experience as a College Librarian.
